MICHAEL MACDONALD ASHLAND – Michael MacDonald died April 21, 2004. He is survived by three children, Bart Storm MacDonald, 34, of Valparaiso, Fla., Michelle Dawn MacDonald, and Michael MacDonald Jr. Michael’s son, Bart, would like to send his deepest sympathies to everyone who knew his pops and to say he hopes their memories of him were as fond as his.
