HARMONY – Myrtle Henderson, 85, passed away peacefully March 3, 2008, at Woodlawn Rehab & Nursing Home. She was born Dec. 30, 1922, in Harmony, a daughter of the late John and Lois (Gagne) Worth. She worked for many years in the shoe shops and retired from Dexter Shoe. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Nelson “Pudge” Henderson. Myrtle is survived by her children; sons, Berlynn Henderson and Blaine Henderson of Wellington; daughters, Marianne Cowan and husband, Jeff, of Newport and Suzanne Warner of Kissimmee, Fla., as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at a later date in the spring at North Road Cemetery, Harmony. Arrangements are under the care of Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan.
