EASTPORT – Neilie Brown Morrison, 93, died peacefully July 23, 2008, at Maine Medical Center, Portland. Neilie was born May 31, 1915, on Campobello Island, New Brunswick, the daughter of Luther and Uraina (Seelye) Brown. Neilie worked for many years as a nurse at Eastport Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Wallace Morrison; and her sisters, Zedro Calder and Lydie Brown. She is survived by her son, Brian Morrison of Gorham; several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at a later date in Eastport.
