HOULTON and ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – Opal McGary Weldon, 78, died Jan. 8, 2008, at Zephyrhills Hospice Center. She was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Houlton, the daughter of Ross and “Dolly” (Lake) McGary. She is survived by one sister, Judi (Pipes) Davis and her husband, Gary, of Zephyrhills, Fla.; an aunt, Margaret Ingraham of Houlton; several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Kenneth Weldon; sisters, Thelma Barnes, Jean Pipes and Ruth Schmidt; brothers, Dale, Donald, Glen and Dean McGary. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
