JAY – Patricia B. Schwink, 74, a resident of Farrington Road, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2008, at Elliott Hospital, Manchester, N.H. She was born Feb. 6, 1934, in Ellsworth, the daughter of Oscar and Mildred (Boynton) Bunker. Patricia was a 1952 graduate of Stearns High School, Millinocket and 1954 graduate of Westbrook Junior College. Patricia worked at the University of Maine, Orono, as the assistant to the student union director and secretary at Tri-County Mental Health, and for many years as an administrative secretary at Franklin Memorial Hospital, Farmington, before retiring. Patricia enjoyed reading, sewing, knitting, traveling, sign language, watching old movies, visiting family and friends, and the coffee club at McDonald’s. She is survived by a daughter, Heidi Merrow and her husband, Scott, of Derry, N.H.; a son, Eric Schwink and his wife, Joanna Ozonek, of Golden, Colo.; an aunt, Mary Margaret Boynton of Millinocket; many cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 1 Church St., Jay. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Finley Funeral Home, 15 Church St., Livermore Falls. Spring interment will be held at Millinocket Cemetery, Millinocket.
