WESTFIELD – Patricia E. Gardiner, 63, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. She was born Feb. 25, 1942, in Westfield, the daughter of Burton and Hope (VanTassel) Fulton. Patricia attended the Aroostook Central Institute and then went on to provide childcare for Clifford and Opal Fox previously of Presque Isle, for many years. She married James Gardiner, Sept. 4, 1964, and together they raised their family. Patricia also worked at Viner Brothers Factory as a stitcher for 28 years and in her spare time loved to do ceramics and was an avid collector of porcelain dolls and bells. She attended the Full Gospel Assembly in Mars Hill. She is survived by a son, James B. Gardiner of Westfield; a brother, Burton L. Fulton Jr. and his wife, Judy, of Livingston, Texas; four sisters, Cheryl (Fulton) McCann and her husband, Tim, of Florence, S.C., Naomi (Fulton) Little and her husband, Larry, of Linneus, Bonnie (Fulton) Davenport of Fort Fairfield, Nancy Fulton of Westfield, and also several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, and her daughter, Joanna Gardiner. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 30, 2005, at the Duncan Funeral Home, 8 Main St., Mars Hill, with the Rev. Richard Bell officiating. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of service. Interment will take place at Marshall Cemetery in Westfield. In lieu of flowers those who wish may make donations to the Colonial Health Care, P.O.
