BUCKSPORT – Paul K. Corey, 89, died April 3, 2006, at Aurora. He was born Aug. 20, 1916, in Bangor, son of Ernest and Nadia (Fuller) Corey. Paul worked for many years at Giard’s Garage, Bucksport, Darlings Auto Parts, Bucksport, and H.O.M.E Inc., Orland. He was a World War II veteran, a member of the Arbutus Grange No. 450, Surry; Katahdin Chapter O.E.S. No. 121, Old Town; a Life Member of Star In The East Masonic Lodge No. 60 AF&AM, Old Town. He attended the Bucksport Church of God and enjoyed attending Bucksport Senior Citizens. He is survived by three children, Paulette Garrison of Presque Isle, Patricia Fitzherbert of Easton, Gary Corey of New Mexico; several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 7, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport with the Rev. Ron Pyle officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Bucksport.
