GLENBURN – Paulette C. Frickie, 59, died July 7, 2004, at her residence. She was born Nov. 30, 1944, in Bangor, the daughter of George and Freda (Perkins) Hewes. Paulette is survived by her husband, Arthur Frickie; one son, Allen Hewes; three daughters, Anna Spencer, Ellie Dasilva, Cindy Duell; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; his mother, Freda Hewes-Smith; one brother, Nelson Carey; one sister, Jeanne Wells; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her third husband, Francis Clark Sr. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2004, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Peter Sprague, pastor of the Columbia Street Baptist Church, officiating. Friends may call from 12 noon until time of service. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Glenburn.
