PRESQUE ISLE – Phillip R. Sullivan, 71, loving father and dear friend, passed away Thursday, Dec. 28, 2006, at a Grapevine, Texas, hospital while visiting family for the holidays. The family welcomes friends to join us in a memorial service and celebration in memory of his life 10 a.m. Saturday, July 14, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Presque Isle. We hope to see many friends to celebrate his life, laugh, tell old stories and enjoy as he would hope we would. In lieu of flowers, you may donate a tree in Phil’s memory with the National Arbor Foundation at www.arborday.org. The foundation’s mission is to inspire people to plant, nurture and celebrate trees. What a fitting tribute to a man who dedicated so much of his life to the forest.
