PHYLLIS EVELYN STROUT BROWNVILLE – Phyllis Evelyn Strout, 79, wife of the late Arthur Strout, died March 22, 2008, at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home. She was born July 7, 1928, in Brownville, the daughter of Ralph W.E. and Gladys (Stickney) Seavey. Phy-llis attended Brownville Community Church. She is survived by two nieces, Dawn Marie Pratt and Marilyn McEntee; a nephew, Wayne Seavey; a sister-in-law, Rosalie Seavey of Milo; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur; a brother, Donald Seavey; two sisters, Leta Cummings and Etta Joslyn; and a brother, R. Waldo Seavey. Friends are invited to call 1-3 p.m. Thursday, March 27, at Lary Funeral Home, Milo, where a committal service will be conducted 3 p.m. with the Rev. Darren Morgan officiating.
