MILFORD and HERMON – Ray F. Robinson died April 10, 2005. He was born April 6, 1911, in Clinton, the son of Ralph R. Robinson and Jennie C. Brace Robinson. Ray was well known around the Bangor and Hermon area. Although Ray was handicap, he still had his own truck and trash route for well over 30 years, he also was a handyman and an errand guy. He was always there to help anyone, young or old. He will be greatly missed. Ray is survived by one brother, Ralph and his wife, Bea, from Florida and Brewer; one brother-in-law, Raymond Pettee of New Hampshire; several nephews and nieces: Dale and his wife, Leatta of Atkinson, Veda of Atkinson, Ralph and his wife, Edith, of Corinth, Ruth of Mississippi and Arthur and his wife, Mary, of Mississippi, Wayne from Hermon and Charlie and his wife, Margaret, of Florida, Ronnie and his wife, Mary, of Wisconsin, Arlene Hooper of Bangor; and a special friend, Barbara Rossi. Ray was predeceased by his mother and father and his wife, Polly; a brother, Robert; and a sister, Lottie Pettee; and a special niece, Lottie Mae. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor. Arrangements by the Greenlawn Funeral Directors.
