The Family Of RAYMOND A. GRINDLE SR. Would like to thank Dr. Segal, Dr. Swalec, Theresa, Jan and the many others who gave Raymond such great care and comfort at Cancer Care of Maine. Your kindness, to Muriel and members of the family, helped make this process easier and reaches beyond words. He passed peacefully with his family all around him, filling the room with love. While Raymond had a treatment one day, Muriel spoke with someone about the high cost of medical care. Upon leaving, a man appeared and gently placed a generous amount of money in her hand. Telling him she could not take it, he told her to accept the help he had to give. Many friends and relatives also gave generously at a recent benefit dinner. We would like to thank all of you for your kindness and support during this time. And to “Mom’s Angel,” a very special thank you.
