EAGLE LAKE and FORT KENT – Regina M. Roy, 93, died Jan. 28, 2005, at an Eagle Lake healthcare facility. She was born Dec. 6, 1911, in Fort Kent, , the daughter of Thomas and Marie (Fongemi) Michaud. Regina belonged to the Ladies of St. Anne and was a past member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post No. 9609, and the Senior Citizens Club, both of Fort Kent. Her favorite past times were playing cards and crossword puzzles. She is survived by her two sons, Maurice and his wife, Helena Rioux, Clinton and his wife, Vernette Rioux, all of Fort Kent; three daughters, Luella and her husband, Oneil Paradis, of Ellenton, Fla., Priscilla and her husband, Leonard Dumond, of Fredricksburg, Va., Diana and her husband, Leo Collins, of Southington, Conn.; two brothers, Emile Michaud of Bristol, Conn., and Willard Michaud of New Britain, Conn.; six sisters, Rosa Berube of Southington, Conn., Delina Dubois, Emelda Dubois, Laura Pelletier, and Verna Lozier, all of Fort Kent, and Edwina Nadeau of Florida; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grand-children, one great-great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Lewellyn Rioux, her second husband, Prudent Dubois, and her third husband, Edmund Roy; her son, Lewellyn Rioux; two brothers, Joe and Lewis Michaud; three sisters, Edna Raymond, Leana Heonne, and Lenora Pelletier. Friends may call at the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home in Fort Kent, Sunday, 7-9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Monday until time of service. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. at the St. Louis Catholic Church in Fort Kent with the Rev. Bill Labbe officiating. Spring burial will be held in the parish cemetery May 18, 2005. Those who wish may donate in her memory, to the Northern Maine General Consumer Fund, P.O.
