HARWOOD, Md. – Remie E. Paschal, born May 11, 1936, in Bangor, died July 9, 2004. Remie was the beloved husband of 50 years of Virginia R. Paschal (Haskell). He is survived by his wife and children, Gail (Patrick) McGinley, Michael (Laura) Paschal, Diane (George) Cartron; and four grandchildren, Catherine and Elizabeth Paschal, and Sarah and Nicholas Cartron. He is survived also by his brothers, Thomas Paschal, Edmund Paschal; his sister, Margaret Paschal; as well as several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Remie was the son of Charles and Ada Paschal of Bangor, who predeceased him. Services will be held Tuesday evening, July 13, 2004, in the chapel at Ft. Lincoln Cemetery, Bladensburg, Md. A private interment will be Wednesday, July 14, 2004. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to The American Heart Association or The American Diabetes Association.
