MANCHESTER, N.H. – Richard A. Dubay, 45, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 18, 2003, in Manchester, N.H. He was born Aug. 30, 1958, in Presque Isle, the son of Edward J. and Frances E. (Fisher) Dubay. He attended school in Ashland and had moved to New Hampshire several years ago, where he had worked doing construction for a local contractor in the Manchester area. He was predeceased by his father in 1995; and by two brothers, Joey and Albert in 1972. He is survived by his mother of Presque Isle; two brothers, Thomas and his daughter, Beth, of New Hampshire, Robert and his son, Brandon, of Limestone; one sister, Rose Chambers and her husband, Randy, of Fort Fairfield. He will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Richard will always be remembered for lending a helping hand whenever he could to his family and friends. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle.
