BANGOR – Richard C. Morse, 86, died May 21, 2007, at a Bangor health care facility. He was born Aug. 9, 1920, in Bangor, the son of James and Blanche (Goodrich) Morse. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. He is survived by one bro-ther, Walter Morse of Clifton Park, N.Y.; several nephews and nieces, including Sally Smith Connely of South Portland, John M. Norris of Stratton, Chester E. Norris of Lam-oine, Betsy Anne Holmes of Falmouth and Beth N. Holmes of Portland. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, at St. John’s Catholic Church, 207 York St., Bangor, with the Very Rev. Richard McLaughlin, pastor, celebrant.
