ROCKLAND – Richard E. “Dick” Kelley, 69, died Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center after a short illness. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. In lieu of flowers, his family request donations in Dick’s memory be made to Humane Society of Knox County, P.O. Box 1294, Rockland, ME 04841.
