FORT KENT – Richard N. Dee, 80, died Aug. 16, 2006, at a Caribou health care facility. He was born Aug. 4, 1926, in Fort Kent, the son of George and Marjorie (Michaud) Dee. Richard worked for B&A Railroad as a foreman for 33 years until his retirement at the age of 62. He is survived by his sister, Madeline Mitchell of Southwest Harbor; two nephews, Robert and his wife, Jackie Wilkinson, of Stafford Springs, Conn. and John Mitchell and his wife, Audrey, of Ellsworth; one niece, Joan Higgins of Bath Harbor; and several cousins. Friends may call 9 a.m. Monday until time of service at the Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at the St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent. Committal services will be after at the parish cemetery.
