BREWER – Robert Edwin Wiley passed away June 16, 2008, in Brewer. Robert was born May 4, 1935, in Bangor, to Edwin F. and Marion T. (Gott) and Wiley. He served 11 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, including service in the Korean War receiving a few medals. He worked as a roofing contractor and also owned Mid Town Tavern, Bangor, both for a few years. He is survived by his sister, Mary Clukey and her husband, Dick; his brothers, Richard, and Lewis and his wife, Emma; his stepdaughters, Cindy, Suzette and Vickie; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; three brothers, Alan, Clarence and Edwin Jr.; and his niece, Sherry Dephilippo. Services and burial will be private.
