SOUTHINGTON, Conn. – Robert Garman McKeever Jr. 56, of 1541 West St. known as Dr. Bob McKeever, died Monday, Oct. 31, 2005. He was the beloved husband of Linda J. (Collum) McKeever. Born June 4, 1949, in Bangor, the son of the late Robert G. McKeever and Shirley (Bushey) McKeever Druce. He was the director of New England School of the Bible in Southington, Conn. Dr. Bob was also the representative of BIMI in Chattanooga, Tenn. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Robert G. McKeever III of Knoxville, Tenn.; a daughter, Bethany J. McKeever of Southington, Conn.; two sisters, Vicki Shaw of Etna and Marjorie Lea of Columbus, Ohio; a half-sister, Joni Farr of Ocean City, Md.; two half-brothers, Michael McKeever of Urbana, Ohio and Richard Friedman of Flushing, N.Y.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, at the Central Baptist Church, 1505 West St., Southington, Conn. Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church.
