ASHLAND – Robert H. MacLean, 69, died March 17, 2007, at a Mars Hill nursing home. He was born Dec. 2, 1937, in Ashland, the son of Walter Herman and Tina (Adams) MacLean. Bob was a graduate of Ashland High School and was employed in various professions in Maine, Connecticut and California. He is survived by three daughters, Tina Blanchard of Texas, Peggy Grant of Wiscasset and Leona Farrell of Freeport; one son, Robert MacLean Jr. of Tennessee; two sisters, Lois Holmes of Portage Lake and Dawn Smith of Levant; three brothers, Neil MacLean of Portage Lake and Florida, James MacLean and David MacLean, both of Ashland; eight grandchildren and two great-grandsons. A graveside committal service will be held in the spring at a time to be announced. Arrangements are a service of Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, 114 Exchange St., Ashland.
