MILFORD and EAST BRIDGE-WATER, MASS. – A memorial service for Robert L. Spencer Jr. will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday at Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer, where friends may visit from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. The Rev. Dr. Jerry Mick, pastor of the Bangor Baptist Church will officiate and burial will be at a later date in Massachusetts. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to a charity of choice.
