A SPECIAL THANK YOU My name is Ronald Gallant. I had a terrifying experience May 13 when suddenly my transport truck plunged into Penobscot River. I want to take this opportunity to say how fantastic the emergency personnel were in Medway and Millinocket. The care I received from the moment I was rescued from the water to the moment I left the hospital, was excellent. I want to say a special thank-you to Jim and Lisa Lee for their help and kindness; also to the hospital staff in Millinocket for not only taking excellent care of me, but for the consideration you showed for my family.
