BELFAST – Ronnie B. Gardner, 48, of Brooks, died unexpectedly July 8, 2005, at his home. Born Sept. 4, 1956, in Bar Harbor, he was the son of William S. and Maxine E. (Miller) Gardner. Ronnie loved his work and was very proud to be a painter. He worked for Logan Painting for 27 years. He was a NASCAR fan and loved dogs and cats. He will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor and friendly personality. He was a member of the Brooks Booster Club. He was predeceased by both his parents; and one brother, Billy. Ronnie is survived by his companion, Carol Kenney of Brooks; three children, Katrina Sinclair, Marcell Taylor and her husband, Earle, and Kendra Field; nine siblings, Shirley Gardner and his wife, Bette, of Bangor, Loretta Crane of Tennessee, Claribel Regimbal and her husband, Bruce, of Bar Harbor, Louise Emerson and her husband, Sidney, of Ellsworth, Richard Gardner and his wife, Barbara, of Franklin, Beverly Billings and her husband, Millard, of Franklin, Betty Abbott and her husband, Donald, of Bucksport, Delbert Gardner and his wife, Kim, of Bath, and his twin sister, Bonnie Tokas and her husband, Bart, of Franklin; two grandchildren, Zachary and Florence; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews along with his beloved pets, Ziggy, Yodie, Rufus and Tootsie. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. July 16, 2005, at Ledge-lawn Cemetery in Bar Harbor. Arrangements are with Rackliffe Funeral Home, 54 Church St., Belfast.
