KENDUSKEAG – Rosalee Ann Farren, 65, passed away Oct. 6, 2004, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born May 23, 1939, in Columbia, the daughter of Prescott D. and Natalene Etta (Willey) Farren. Rosalee graduated from Harrington High School and from the University of Maine at Machias. She was a blueberry grower, an avid gardener, and enjoyed the outdoors. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by her many relatives and friends. She is survived by a son, Kenneth Oliver and his wife, Tonya of Presque Isle; a son, Ronald Oliver of Columbia Falls; a sister, Elaine and her husband, Skippy Beal, of Alfred; a brother, Prescott D. “Buddy” Farren Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Columbia; a brother, Phillip and his wife, Shalba, of Addison; a sister, Barbara and her husband, Everett Matthews, of Cherryfield; a sister, Sandra Chipman of Columbia; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosalee’s family would also like to extend their thanks to her dear friend, Juanita Hayward, whose love and support for her friend is greatly appreciated by all. A small ceremony for her family members was held on her blueberry grounds, Oct. 16, 2004. She was, and always will be remembered for her love of life and adventurous spirit.
