SANDRA (GILBERT) BRASSBRIDGE BUCKSPORT – Sandra (Gilbert) Brassbridge, 38, passed away Aug. 14, 2004, at her home in Bucksport. She was born in Bangor, May 7, 1966. ‘You were a mother, a wife, an auntie, a friend A shoulder to cry on and an ear to depend You lived through some darkness, in search of some light In hopes it would make everything all right So we’ll wait ’till that day when we can see you again Keep smiling down on us and know how much you meant We will all miss you and we’re in hopes that you’re free The angels chose you that day because they saw what we see.’ Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Gerald Brassbridge II; her children, Joshua, Kristopher, Nickolas, Nathan, Alex, Austin, and Evan; her stepdaughters, Ashlie and Amanda; her grandson, Michael; her parents, Donna Kettell and Lee Worster; siblings, Liz Feero, Penny Severance, Doug Gilbert and wife, Gail, and their daughter, Trinity, Sandy Hall, Lee-ann Worster, and Tony Worster. She was an aunt to many nieces and nephews and a friend to many, especially Lucinda, Laurie and Ozzie, Mandy and Baby April, and a special sibling, Samantha Grindle, and her children, Ryan and Jordyn. Visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2004, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, where a funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Pastor Peter Remick officiating.
