CONNOR – Scott E. Fitzherbert, 90, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2005, at a Presque Isle hospital. He was born Feb. 12, 1915, in Muniac, N.B., Canada, the son of John and Deliah (Tompkins) Fitzherbert. Scott loved to hunt, fish, snowsled and owned his own farm for many years. He was a member of the Calvary Tabernacle in Perth-Andover, N.B. He is survived by his loving wife, Della (Doak) Fitzherbert of Connor; four sons, John of Gladwyn, N.B., Elvin of Connor, Lawrence of Chicopee, Mass. and Wayne of Denver, Colo.; two daughters, Janet Corey of Dallas, Texas, and Pamela Albu of Ocala, Fla.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by six brothers, Frank, Lloyd, Walter, Harvey, Earlyn, Parker; and a sister, Stella Zak. Friends may call 11 a.m. until time of service. Funeral services will be conducted noon Monday, Oct. 24, at the Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, with the Rev. Harry Lewis officiating. Interment will take place immediately following the service at Riverside Cemetery, Fort Fairfield. Those who choose may contribute in memory of Mr. Fitzherbert to the Calvary Tabernacle, 12 Legion St. Ext., Perth-Andover, N.B., Canada E7H 2S9.
