NEWPORT – Scott T. Shepherd, 44, died April 6, 2008. He was born June 28, 1963, in Haverhill, Mass., a son of Paul and Eleanor (Davis) Shepherd. He graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Tech, Haverhill, Mass. Scott and his family moved to Maine in 1995. He was a member of United Bikers of Maine. He retired as a machinist due to failing health. Scott is survived by his father of Cherryfield; his wife, Nancy (Jackson) Shepherd; a daughter, Sarah Shepherd; a brother, Paul Shepherd, all of Newport; a sister, Kathleen Segura of Quincy, Mass.; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport, with the Rev. George Finnemore officiating.
