MEDWAY – Tammy Jean “Tee Tee” Wills, 46, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at a Millinocket hospital. She was born Nov. 9, 1961, in Millinocket, the daughter of Richard and Mary Ellen (Gallagher) Stanley. Tammy attended school in New Jersey and then went to Clairol Beautician School, New York. She held a Barbist’s License, Beautician’s License and was a Clairol Color Specialist in New Jersey. In 1990, she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and was unable to renew her licenses for her chosen work. While such a diagnosis may have held some back, Tammy fought through her illness and lived her life as she wanted to. She did not let life pass her by. Tammy was an in-spiration and encouragement to all who knew her and she will be sorely missed by her parents, husband, son and fam-ily, to whom she was a treasured friend and confidante. In addition to her parents, Dickie and Mary Ellen Stanley of East Millinocket, Tammy is survived by her husband of 18 years, Dave Wills of Medway; her son, AJ Wills and Nicole Tanous; her grandson, Zachary Wills; a brother, Rick Stanley and his wife, Jill; a sister, Carrie Porter and her husband, Rod, all of East Millinocket; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by a brother, Kevin Stanley; and a sister, Danielle Marie Stanley. Friends are invited to visit with the family 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 58 Cedar St., East Millinocket, with the Rev. Joel Cyr, pastor, presider.
