LUBEC – Theodore S. Olson, 53, died Feb. 21, 2005, at his home in Lubec. He was born Jan. 5, 1952, in Lubec, the son of Theodore and Valerie (Greenlaw) Olson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was well known for his great sense of humor by his many friends. He was a former Comdr. of the Stuart Green Post No. 65 American Legion. He loved music and photography. He was predeceased by his wife, Inez; and a son, Jason. He is survived by his son, Trevor, serving in the U.S. Air Force at Ramstein AB, Germany; his mother, Valerie Hird; the world’s greatest grandmother, Geneva Greenlaw; brothers, Mark and Scott Olson; sister, Peggy Savage. Surviving also are six nieces, Jennifer Gallant, Rebecca Savage, Amanda Olson, Sandra Simon, Tiffany Olson, and Melissa Olson; one nephew, Steven Olson; mother-in-law, Lillian Corey; father-in-law, Charlie Corey; and brother-in-law, Carl Corey. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005, at the Christian Temple Church, Lubec, with Pastor Gary Look, officiating. Following the service, there will be a reception at the American Legion, Lubec.
