BELFAST – Theresa Kelly Dyer peacefully went to take her place with Jesus April 21, 2006, after a lengthy illness. Theresa was comforted by her family in her final hours. Theresa is survived in love by her husband of 59 years, Herman; her children, Alice Wagner of Waldo, Michael Dyer of Northport, John Dyer of Clinton, Mass., Dorothea Socea of Palermo, Patricia Dyer of Auburn, Ga., Catherine Tyer of Belfast, Barbara Franklin of Maysville, Ga.; grandchildren, Gabriel Leavitt, the late Alphonzo Thomas Wagner IV, Walter Wagner and Patrick Dyer; great-grandchildren, Julian Leavitt and Jonas Wagner; and a beloved sister, Dorothea Dodd of Framingham, Mass. A private family service will be arranged at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Theresa wished people to make a contribution to their favorite charity.
