FORT KENT – Therese M. Dube, 82, died Oct. 20, 2007, at a Van Buren health care facility. She was born Nov. 28, 1924, in Fort Kent, the daughter of Felix E. and Albertine (Martin) Dube. She was a graduate of Madawaska Training School. She worked for J.C. Penny for many years and worked for Key Bank until her retirement. She was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters, Fort Kent. She is survived by one brother, Lionel C. Dube of Reading, Mass.; two sisters, Bernadette Levasseur of Caribou and Ernestine McVicker of Rockport; many nieces and nephews; and two very special friends, Zenon and Beatrice Daigle of Fort Kent. She was predeceased by one brother, Ernest Dube; and two sisters, M. Jeanne Dube and Carmen Pelletier. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. Tuesday until time of services at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Louis Catholic Church, Fort Kent, with the Rev. James Nadeau officiating. Burial will be after at the parish cemetery.
