KENNEBUNK – Veda C. Moores, 93, widow of Gerald S. Moores, died early Sunday morning, June 3, 2007. She was born in Princeton to Nettie and Percy Brown. She resided most of her life in Springfield and Lincoln, and had been a resident at Atria in Kennebunk since October 2000. She is survived by her daughter, Florence McIntyre of Charlottesville, Va.; her son, Blaine of Portland; grandchildren, Dudley Doane of Charlottesville, Va., and Jennifer Moores and Alice Lynch, both of York. In addition, she is survived by six great-grand-daughters, Charlotte and Rose-mary Boatner-Doane, Sydney and Elizabeth Tullai, and Ellen and Kianna Lynch. Private family services are planned.
