BRADFORD and HERMON – A funeral service for Verda J. Booker will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Garnett Chute, pastor of Hermon Baptist Church, officiating. Friends may call noon until time of the service. Interment will be at Snows Corner Cemetery, Hermon, immediately after the service. Verda’s sons are Phillip Booker and his wife, Elaine, of Bucksport and Richard Booker and his wife, Beverly, of Carmel, not brothers as previously printed.
