HAMPDEN – A funeral service for Virginia Mae (Moon) Garland will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden. Following the service a time of fellowship and refreshments will be held at the Hampden Highlands United Methodist Church, 44 Kennebec Road, Hampden. Interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor.
