GERMANTOWN, Md. – Walter Dwight Fuller, 95, went to be with his Lord, Oct. 31, 2006, at a Gaithersburg, Md. health care facility. The youngest of seven children, he was born April 6, 1911, in Easton, the son of Walter Scott and Lillian (Kneeland) Fuller. He was a graduate of Easton High School and worked as a farmer and a farm machinery mechanic for many years. He was a member of the Gaithersburg Church of the Nazarene. Dwight Fuller is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Walter Scott and Glennis (Cronkite) Fuller of Wells; three daughters, Sarah Fuller of Germantown, Md., Susan Vacheresse of Medford, Mass., and Sylvia Fuller of Carol Stream, Ill.; seven grandchildren, Myrna (Fuller) Giberson, Carla (Fuller) Cramer, Lisa (Fuller) Cogliano, Donald, Scott, Michelle and Rebecca Vacheresse; and seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Helen Louise (Akeley) Fuller in May 2002. Relatives and friends may call 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle, where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. with the Rev. Larry Palmer officiating. Interment will be at Estes Park Cemetery, Easton.
