CORINTH – Warren L. Hatt, 72, husband of Ramona (Philbrook) Hatt, passed away peacefully March 23, 2007, at a Bangor hospital. He was born Aug. 5, 1934, in East Millinocket, a son of Lou-rice and Doris (Powers) Hatt. Warren served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He received the Korean Service Medal with four Bronze Stars, United Nations Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. In addition to his wife of 53 years, he is survived by his children, Vicki Adams and husband, William, of Virginia, Warren Hatt Jr. and wife, Regina, of New York, Edward Hatt and companion, Pamela Hall, of New York, Donna Hatt and companion, Banion Felder, of New York and Sonia Hatt and companion, James Smith, of New York; several nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mona Morris of New York, Row-ena Turner of Idaho and Joyce Shields of California. He was predeceased by his parents; and a brother, William Hatt. Relatives and friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor. Funeral services will be held later in New York with burial in the Veterans’ Cemetery, Liberty, N.Y.
