AMITY – Wayne L. Rawson, 53, died unexpectedly April 27, 2007, at a local hospital. He was born Feb. 17, 1954, in Bellows Falls, Vt., the son of Harold L. and Yvonne (LaGore) Rawson. Wayne enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and running heavy equipment. He and his wife shared a great love for each other. He is survived by his wife, Joan (Megquier) Rawson of Amity; three sons, Wayne Jr. and Patrick, both of Chester, Vt., and Adam of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; one brother, Rick Rawson; a sister, Donna Riendeau, both of Amity; three grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Dunn Funeral Home. Friends may call 1 p.m. until time of service.
