WIL D. DESPAULT HOLDEN – Wil D. Despault, 61, died March 20, 2005, at Holden after a brief illness. He was born May 20, 1943, in New Britian, Conn., the son of Wilfred R. Despault and Margaret L. (Lumbra) Despault Gagne. Wil worked for Ross Manor as a CNA for 12 years and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Brewer. He enjoyed fishing and gardening and had a remarkable sense of humor. Surviving in addition to his mother of Holden; are two sisters, Linda LaMontagne of Bridgeton, N.J. and Denise Allen of Holden; nieces and nephews, Margaret Toney, Peter and Tagcrede LaMontagne, Dana Gnesdilow and her husband, Walter and Ryan Allen. He was predeceased by a sister, Marguerite DiCiccio and he will be remembered by a dear friend, Carol Roy of Orrington. Friends may visit 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2005, at Kiley Funeral Home, 69 State St., Brewer. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Brewer, with the Rev. Robert Vaillancourt, celebrant. Burial will be later in the spring at Rowe Cemetery, Levenseller Road, Holden.
