GARLAND – William “Bill” Pearsall Sr., 66, the husband of Mickey (Krone-meyer) Pearsall, died unexpect-edly May 9, 2007, at a Bangor hospital. He was born March 5, 1941, in Philadelphia, the son of William and Mamie (Knott) Pearsall. He was a graduate of Father Judge High School, Philadelphia, Class of 1959, and the Eastern Maine Technical College, Class of 1973. He was an Air Force veteran and a member of the Poulliot-Seavey Post No. 53, American Legion of Dexter. Bill was a member and Past Master of Pacific Lodge No. 64, AF & AM of Exeter, and was a former fire chief for the town of Garland. He had been an employee of General Electric, Bangor for 31 years, retiring as safety director and had also been a former school board director for SAD No. 46. Bill’s hobbies were hunting, ice fishing, and woodworking, but his favorite vocation was having fun with his wife of 46 years. Surviving in addition to his wife of Garland, are a son, Bill Jr.; and a great-daughter-in-law, the one that speaks funny, Danai and their children, Nikola and William of Garland; a son, Marty Pearsall Sr. of Dover-Foxcroft and his son, Marty Jr. of Bangor; a son, Jim Pearsall and Tracey and children, Lexi, Dreamaleigh, Riley-Beth, and Haven of Milford; a goddaughter, Kathy Johnson of Corinth; four cousins, Pat Pearsall of New Hampshire, Denny and Mike Pearsall of Pennsylvania, and Frankie Dougherty of New Jersey. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth, with Pastor Robert “Bob” Young officiating.
