TRENTON and WILLOW GROVE, Pa. – William Elliott Berboth, 88, pas-sed away peace-fully March 29, 2008, at the Maine Veterans’ Home, Bangor. William was born Feb. 20, 1920, in Boston, the son of Bertram and Ina LuLu (Urqhart) Berboth. William served in the Navy during World War II. In his civilian life he owned and operated his own taxi company. William is survived by his wife, Patsy A. Berboth of Trenton; daughter, Linda Heiser and husband, Thomas, of Glenside, Pa.; three sons, William Berboth and wife, Suzanne, and Stephen Berboth, all of Warminster, Pa., Wayne Shepherd of Wichita, Kan.; stepdaughter, Ann Fretz and husband, Danny, of Telford, Pa.; stepson, John Rotherheber and wife, Donna, of Trenton; one sister, Thelma McArthur of Quincy, Mass.; 13 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
