JAMES J. GRANDMAISON SR.

FORT KENT and SIENA, Italy James J. Grandmaison Sr., 56, died unexpectedly Sept. 25, 2008, in Siena, Italy. James was born April 4, 1952, in Edmundston, New Brunswick, the son of Joseph Alphonse and Gertrude (Picard) Grandmaison. He is survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Margaret (Raymond) Grandmaison; and his three children, Jennifer and her husband, Robby McBreairty, of Fort Kent, James Jr. and his companion, Heather Jordan, both of Portland, and Laura and her companion, Jeff Burns, both of Manhattan, N.Y. He is also survived by his mother, Gertrude Grandmaison of Frenchville; and two brothers, Ronald Grandmaison and his wife, Cookie, of Eagle Lake, and Richard Grandmaison of Madawaska. Date and time of funeral service will be announced in a later addition of the Bangor Daily News. Arrangements are a service of Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home, Fort Kent.
