In Loving Memory Of DURWARD E. ARNOLD Sept. 30, 1967 – Nov. 28, 2006 Happy birthday my dearest son. It’s been nearly two years since you’ve been missing from our family. It’s so hard to go on without you here. Any family function brings a heart ache that you are missing from the picture. Whenever I have to pick out a card for some occasion I find myself standing in front of the “Son” cards and realize I’ll never in my lifetime buy another “Son” card. I see you in so many places. I waved to a car the other day and didn’t realize until after that I had thought it was you. It was your father and your daughter. I jumped out of bed the other morning because I heard your tractor down the road and thought you were home. There is a ray of sunshine on your birthday this year, you will have a new niece or nephew born on your day. Your children think this is funny and that it’s something you would do just so you could claim the baby as your birthday present. Oh, Durward, we miss you so desperately. Please know you’re forever in our hearts and on our minds. All our love forever, Mom and Dad. Brother, It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly two years since you were taken from us. We still look for you to come around the corner with that grin on your face. We can still hear your laughter.
