ST. FRANCIS – Juliette Pelletier, 79, died Nov. 26, 2008, at the Maine Veterans’ Home, Caribou. She was born July 6, 1929, in St. Francis, the daughter of James McPherson and Helen Jandreau and stepdaughter of Edmond Jandreau. She was employed as a waitress in area restaurants and lounges for many years. She was a faith-filled woman who passed her beliefs on to her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to dote on her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her, especially the staff at the Maine Veterans’ Home. She is survived by six children, Darrel Pelletier and wife, Genevieve, of Van Buren, Pamela Peddie and husband, Harry, of Orono, Vella Dee and husband, Gilbert, of Limestone, John Pelletier and wife, Sandra, of Norridgewock, Frank Pelletier of Waterville, and Shelly Pelletier of Caswell; 10 grandchildren, Keith, Kelly, Audrey, Peggy, Julie “JJ,” John Jr., Chris, Travis, Bethany and Riley; seven great-grandchildren, Wolf, Shawna, Dominic, Logan, Zack, Abigail and Alexis. She was predeceased by her husband, Norman Pelletier, in 2006; one grandson, Curtis; and a granddaughter, Skydawn. A funeral service will be announced and held next spring in St. Francis.
