MILLINOCKET – William F. Libby III, 4, known to his friends as Trey, went to be with the Lord Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, from a Portland hospital. He was born July 13, 2004, in Portland, the son of William F. Libby Jr. and Lorretta L. (Rideout) Libby. Trey loved playing in the bathtub, pretending to go on a cruise. He often played his video games and enjoyed being around people. Trey loved playing with his big brother, Nicholas and was looking forward to going to school with him next year. He loved God and prayed nightly for everyone he knew. Trey was a loving child, full of energetic love and brought joy to his family, which will never be forgotten. In addition to his parents and brother, Trey is survived by paternal grandparents, William F. “Grampie” and Lois “Grammie” Libby; maternal grandparents, Bruce “Grampy” and Deanna “Nana” Rideout. Also maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Cayford “Big Dot” of Bangor; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Trey will also be remembered by his friends from church and his playgroup. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, at Tri-Town Baptist Church, 8 Cone St., East Millinocket, with Dave Chicoine, pastor, officiating.
