At Fort Fairfield, Austin Dufour scored eight of his 18 points in the third quarter to help push Fort Fairfield past Limestone/Maine School of Science and Mathematics. Matt Cresenzo added 14 points for Fort Fairfield. Travis Noyes had eight points and 10 rebounds and Josh Booth chipped in five assists. Brandon Hopkins paced the Eagles with 11 points.
Schenck 82, Katahdin 48
At Stacyville, Aaron Hutchins scored 29 points as Schenck of East Millinocket beat Katahdin. Brandon Theriault and Jared White each scored 15 points for the Wolverines. Terry McCafferty chipped in 13 points. Ethan Qualey led the Cougars with 19 points while Brandon Robinson added 12 points.
WA Raiders 73, Fort Kent 49
At Fort Kent, Ben Teer scored 10 of his game-high 15 points in the first quarter as Washington Academy of East Machias built a 24-8 lead en route to the victory. Noah Von Rotz had 11 points and Robbie Smith scored 10 for the winners. Matthew Smith added eight points. Alex Charette’s 13 points and Curtis Bouchard’s 12 paced Fort Kent with Matthew Harvey and Jason Lesaldo contributing 11 apiece.
Woodland 115, East Grand 40
At Baileyville, Ben Sears led five Woodland scorers in double figures with 20 points as the Dragons powered past East Grand of Danforth. Cory Rolfe and Aaron St. Pierre scored 19 points apiece while Chad James netted 16 points and Ivan Subialdea added 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Dragons. Caleb Dicker scored 19 points to pace East Grand.
Sumner 70, Searsport 47
At Searsport, Woody Huber scored 24 points to help lift Sumner of East Sullivan over Searsport. Matt Boyle scored 13 points for Sumner and Dan Leighton added 10 points. Dan Peach had 16 points to pace Searsport. Rocky Faunce chipped in 12 points and 13 rebounds.
Ellsworth 66, MDI 50
At Bar Harbor, Ryan Petros netted 24 points to lead Ellsworth to victory over Mount Desert Island. Brad Folmer added 17 points for the Eagles. Nolan Hall led MDI with 13 points while Travis Norwood chipped in with nine.
Belfast 54, Mount View 48
At Thorndike, Jack Davis tallied a game-high 25 points to lead Belfast by Mount View. Jason Hughes and Jimmy Davis chipped in with nine points apiece. Michael Cochrane paced Mount View with 16 points while Dylan Keller added 10.
Greenville 56, Buckfield 45
At Greenville, Richie Munster scored 10 points in the third quarter as Greenville outscored Buckfield 18-8 to break the game open. Munster finished with a game-high 18 points. Alex Jardine scored 17 and Tony DiAngelo chipped in with 14 points. Kyle Rines’ 12 points, Tyler Weymouth’s 11 and Brian Litchfield’s nine points paced Buckfield.
Lee Academy 50, PVHS 48
At Howland, Tyler Doty banked in a short jumper from underneath the basket with 14 seconds left to erase a 48-47 deficit and give Lee Academy its win over host Penobscot Valley High School. Doty paced the Pandas with 18 points and Dean MacDonald had 11 more. A.J. Harris had eight points. Joey McCluskey had a game-high 21 points for Penobscot Valley and he also pulled down 11 rebounds. Jacob Jones scored 15 points.
Forest Hills 64, Highview Christian 31
At Bangor, Cody Gilboe poured in a game-high 25 points to spark Forest Hills of Jackman by Highview Christian Academy of Charleston. Cory Plante added 21 points for the Tigers. Stefan Rowe paced Highview Christian with 11 points.
Shead 69, Calvary Chapel 36
At Orrington, Tyler Mitchell scored 14 points and Dave Medeiros netted 13 to lead Shead of Eastport by Calvary Chapel Christian. Justin Lewey and Thomas Pottle added 11 points apiece for the Tigers. Zack Austin posted 11 points to pace Calvary Chapel.
Bucksport 43, John Bapst 39
At Bangor Auditorium, Dylan Dedmon tossed in a game-high 16 points to propel the Golden Bucks to their first victory of the season. Dom Kone scored 12 points for Bucksport. Ryan Carr led John Bapst with 12 points.

Fort Kent 84, Washington Acad. 81 (2OT)
At Fort Kent, the Warriors went 11-for-14 from the foul line in the two overtimes to nip Washington Academy of East Machias. Emily Pelletier scored a game-high 30 points, including six 3-pointers, for the Warriors and Taylor Boucher contributed 24 points and 10 rebounds. Jamie Pelletier and Jessica Walker combined for 14 points with Pelletier making six steals and Walker grabbing seven rebounds. Taylor Seeley’s 29 points, Andi Flannery’s 23 and Irene Lewey’s 16 points paced Washington Academy.
Mattanawcook 57, Caribou 23
At Lincoln, Katelyn Deraps and Renee Libbey scored 15 points apiece to spark Mattanawcook Academy by Caribou. Katie Ouellette and Amanda Cyr paced Caribou with six points each.
Presque Isle 73, Hermon 55
At Hermon, Presque Isle out scored Hermon 26-11 in the first quarter to help capture the win. Kayla Richards led Presque Isle with 17 points. Sarah Porter, Kayla Legassie and Caitlyn Esancy had 16 points apiece. Katie Durgin led Hermon with 12 points and six assists.
Ashland 46, Van Buren 31
At Ashland, Suzie Poulin tallied a game-high 17 points to lead Ashland by Van Buren. Taylor Baker scored 13 points and grabbed 12 rebounds while Jessica Jimmo added 11 points for the Hornets. Ashley Wilson led Van Buren with 15 points.
Woodland 90, East Grand 29
At Baileyville, Taylor Cochran registered 24 points to power undefeated Woodland past East Grand of Danforth. Kelsey Worden scored 18 points while Ariel Knights added 10 for the Dragons. Kelsey Daoust led East Grand with 15 points.
Dexter 46, Searsport 14
At Dexter, freshman Maicee Gustin scored 11 points to help lead Dexter past Searsport. Olivia Quigley led Searsport with six points.
Forest Hills 57, Highview Christian 17
At Bangor, Jessica Worster posted 22 points as Forest Hills of Jackman topped Highview Christian Academy of Charleston. Crystal Allen chipped in with 14 points for the Tigers. Heather Dunfee paced Highview Christian with seven points.
Orono 51, Piscataquis 26
At Orono, Elizabeth Fox netted 17 points to lead Orono to victory over Piscataquis of Guilford. Sarah Thibeault added 14 points while Ally Sherman posted 11 rebounds for the Red Riots. Piscataquis was paced by Shazery Bravi with 12 points.
Central 50, Foxcroft 49
At Dover-Foxcroft, Taryn Pineo hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer, her only basket of the game, as the Red Devils wiped out a 13-point deficit after three quarters to nip the Ponies. Hannah Pray tossed in 21 points to pace Central of Corinth, while Bekkah Campbell added nine points. Vanessa Lougee paced Foxcroft Academy with 21 points. Sabrina Sharrow posted 17.
Gardiner 50, MCI 28
At Gardiner, Lauren Graham poured in a game-high 19 points and Emily Kozma added 15 to pace Gardiner past Maine Central Institute of Pittsfield. Tiffany McLaggan’s nine points powered MCI.
Buckfield 46, Greenville 27
At Greenville, Lindsay Henderson scored 11 points and Sami Clones tossed in nine as Buckfield upended Greenville. Gretel Breton’s 12 points led Greenville.
HOCKEY
Winslow 6, Presque Isle 4
At Northern Maine Forum, Presque Isle, Nick Bourgoin scored two goals with 11:56 left in the third period to break the 4-4 tie and lead Winslow to victory over Presque Isle. Bourgoin had a hat trick for 3-1 Winslow. Devon Guptil had a goal and an assist as Justin Bouchard and Charles Kriegel added goals. Todd Brow provided two assists. Mitch Davis, Dylan Collins, Brennen Shaw and Connor Shaw scored for 1-3-1 Presque Isle. Brennan Shaw also provided two assists. Jesse Little saved 22 of 26 shots for Winslow while Nick Davis turned away 22 of 28 shots for Presque Isle.
Orono 7, Hampden 3
At Orono, Brandon Paul netted three goals and had an assist to propel Orono by Hampden. Kirk Francis, Tannar Francis, Brewster Cherkis and Kyle Cleary each added a goal for Orono. Brandon Higgins, Kirk Francis, Ben Perry, Jake Doing and Laurie Hamilton each grabbed an assist. Andrew Koserow stopped 22 of 25 shots for the 2-4 Red Riots. Cody McAllister, Kalvin Costa-Vogel and Josh Tardiff each scored for Hampden. Marc Albert, Cooper Williams and Nathan Baker each posted an assist. Jacob Ward made 31 saves on 38 shots for the 0-3 Broncos.
Brewer 4, Falmouth 1
At Falmouth, Dylan Fitzpatrick scored three goals and assisted the other as Brewer defeated Falmouth. Ryan Nadeau had a goal and an assist for the 5-0 Witches. Matt Helfen, Nick Risser and Tyler White provided assists. Eric White saved 24 of 25 shots. Mike Chase scored off a Dylon Pike assist for 2-1 Falmouth. Kyle Buchanan turned away 13 of 17 shots. John Bapst 7, Lawrence 3
At Bangor’s Sawyer Arena, senior center Casey Hull scored three goals and assisted on two others as John Bapst improved to 4-0. Chase Huckestein had a goal and two assists and Mike Lalime had a goal and an assist for the Crusaders with Travis Poulin and Ethan Sale scoring the other goals. Andrew Casey, Matt Duplisea and Nicky Mitchell had assists and Derek Duff made 13 saves. Jeshua Dearborn, Devan Belanger and Anthony Boudreau scored for Lawrence. J.J. Hutchinson and Christian Carpenter had assists and Chris Caron made 24 saves.
