BEDFORD, N.H. – Roger Ouellette, 77, died Dec. 19, 2008, at Manchester VA Nursing Home. He was born June 17, 1931, in Caribou, to Dennis and Anna (Bouchard) Ouellette. He was a fixed wing and helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army, serving two tours in the Vietnam War and retiring after 30 years. He was highly decorated and respected during his military career. He has six sisters, three brothers; his wife, Norma C. Ouellette, also of Caribou; his four children, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. There will be a ceremony in June at the Caribou Veterans’ Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Northern Maine Veterans’ Cemetery, P.O. Box 312, Caribou, ME 04736-0312. Phaneuf Funeral Home, Manchester, N.H., assisted the family with the arrangements.
