YARMOUTH – Ida (Mason) Nichols, 92, wife of the late John L. Nichols, passed away Dec. 27, 2008, at her home. She was born Sept. 9, 1916, in Enfield, the daughter of Guy and Mona (Gray) Mason. After John and Ida were married, they moved to Natick, Mass., where they lived for several years, before moving to Falmouth. She was predeceased by her husband, John, May 9, 1984. She is survived by a cousin, Marion Mason Miles of Yarmouth; as well as several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation, but there will be a graveside service in the spring at Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln.
