ORONO – Pamela Savoy, 66, died unexpectedly Feb. 8, 2009, at her home. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Paul “Pup,” who predeceased her Oct. 26, 2008. Pam was born Dec. 5, 1942, in Bangor, the daughter of C.D. “Pat” Farnsworth and Frances (King) Farnsworth. Pam was a graduate of Orono High School. She and her husband, Paul “Pup,” owned Savoy Ceramics, Orono, where they taught classes together for many years. Later they worked together at Pat’s Pizza. Surviving are three children, Susan Fletcher of Orono, Todd Savoy and his wife, Jenna, of Henderson, Nev., and John Savoy and his wife, Donna, of Foster, R.I.; five grandchildren, Kaelee, Tori, Riley, Gianna and Mikaela; one sister, Ann Rosebush; one brother, Bruce Farnsworth, both of Orono; several special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; and a brother, George. At Pam’s request, services will be private.
