HAVERHILL, Mass. – Mr. Alan H. Waterman II, 60, beloved husband of Paula (Cirincione) Waterman, died unexpectedly Saturday morning, Feb. 21, 2009, in Sunapee, N.H. Born and raised in Bangor, he was the son of Vera (Marechal) Waterman of Bangor and the late Alan H. Waterman. He received his education in Bangor schools, and earned his degree from Bentley College and Hussen College. Mr. Waterman had been employed for many years as an accountant for the DiSilva Cos., Burlington, Mass. An avid sportsman, Alan enjoyed anything outdoors, from skiing, boating to gardening and his lawn. Above all, he was a loving and wonderful husband, father, son and friend. His passion for life and sense of humor will be sorely missed by all. In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by his four children, Jeromy and Rhianna of Haverhill, Mass., Michelle of California, and Noelle and her partner, Dean, of Texas; one brother, Neil Waterman and his wife, Lesley, of Bangor; as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and friends may call 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen, Mass. A celebration of his life will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
